Returns and Repairs

We hope you love your Idlewild Everyday piece!  If for some reason it does not work out, we will gladly accept returns on unworn merchandise for 14 days after your purchase from this website.  (This does not apply to purchases made from any of our stockists.) All returns must have original packaging and proof of purchase with them, and shipping fees are nonrefundable.

You can return your item for a refund to the original form of payment or request a gift card as store credit for future purchases with us.  Please note we are not able to accept exchanges at this time.  Refunds are not accepted on merchandise purchased with refund gift cards that were used to credit another return.  A 10% restocking fee will apply to all returns to the original form of payment (but no fee for gift card credits).

We back our merchandise and want to know if there is an issue. We will gladly repair a damaged piece if it is deemed to be from a manufacturing defect within the first 30 days after a purchase.  If a piece becomes damaged after normal wear, we are happy to help in repairing it.  A fee will be assessed based on each individual situation if it has been longer than 30 days.  Please see our Care page to ensure that you are caring for your jewelry as advised.
